My main research interests include interdisciplinary areas as Game Theory and Evolutionary Game Theory, Sociophysics, and the dynamics of biological populations in general,
with a focus on understanding how complex systems evolve and interact.
My project at the Aix-Marseille Université explores the evolutionary dynamics of microbial communities
in the gut using an Evolutionary Graph Theory framework. The idea is to investigate how spatial structure, connectivity, and local interactions influence the spread and fixation
of mutant strains by modeling the gut as a network of interconnected subpopulations.
